Casual Licence Agreement Terms & Conditions

Payment must be provided at least seven (7) days in advance.
•
A copy of your $20million public liability policy is required, which must cover 'Anywhere in Australia' and be valid to cover the relevant type of business.
•
Bump in to the centres is to occur prior to trade and bump out is to occur after trade.
1.
The physical appearance of the Licensee's display (be it a stand, unit or table) should be of a professional standard, which enhances both the Licensee's product and the Centre.
2.
All tables must be covered with a floor length table cloth.
3.
Signage must be of a professional standard. Hand written signage is prohibited.
4.
The Licensee's display must not in any way obstruct the free movement of customers within the Centre's walkways, entrances, shop fronts, service corridors, or fire exits.
5.
A height limit of 1.5 metres applies to all displays used by the Licensee.
6.
The Licensee's display shall not hinder the general clear view of any tenants' shop front.
7.
Fixtures used by the Licensee must not cause any damage or disfigurement to the Centre.
8.
The Licensee must not approach or harass customers within the Centre.
9.
The Licensee must not set up or dismantle its display during the Centre's core trading hours, unless it has the prior consent of the centre management representative.
10.
Neither the Owner or Jones Lang LaSalle are responsible for the Licensee's display or equipment during or after the Centre's core trading hours.
11.
The Licensee is responsible at the conclusion of the Licence for the removal of its display including all fittings, equipment, or other articles.
12.
No food or drink is to be consumed by the Licensee's staff at any licence location in view of customers.
13.
The Licensee must promptly repair any damage incurred by the centre which is directly attributable to the Licensee or its staff.
14.
The Licensee indemnifies the Owner, Jones Lang LaSalle and their directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for which the Owner, Jones Lang LaSalle and their directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives may become liable arising from the granting of the Licence or anything done in exercise of or purported exercise of rights under the Licence.
15.
The Licensee acknowledges and warrants that in entering this Agreement, it has not relied on any representations or warranties except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
16.
The Licensee must carry the insurance set out in the Agreement. The Licensee has no ability to claim on any insurance policy taken out over the Centre by the Owner.
17.
The Licensee is responsible for compliance with all statutes, ordinances or regulations issued by any government authority and will keep the Owner and Jones Lang LaSalle indemnified from any claim or liability which arises due to non-compliance.
18.
The Licensee must pay the Licence Fee noted in point 2 of the Terms of the Licence at least one week prior to commencement of the Licence period.
19.
Jones Lang LaSalle reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for whatever reason with the provision of 90 minutes' notice to the Licensee.
20.
Failure of the Licensee to comply with any of the above terms may result in the immediate cancellation of this and any other Licence Agreements without further notice.
