The Strand Arcade is a CBD centre located on the corner of Elizabeth and Lonsdale Street, one block away from the busy Bourke Street Mall. A residential tower and frequently utilised carpark sits above the retail centre, which borders the Myer department store which can be accessed from inside the centre. The mix is anchored by Dick Smiths and Australia Post, and is largely skewed towards a convenience offer with some street facing fashion stores.
